Job Description
The Transportation Analyst will be responsible for driving the implementation and compliance of Advance Ship Notices (ASN) across Lennox suppliers and transportation service providers. This role will work closely with vendors, sourcing teams, logistics service providers, and IT teams to ensure accurate and timely shipment visibility through ASN adoption.
The position requires strong coordination, follow-up, and analytical skills to identify implementation gaps, support issue resolution, and improve transportation data accuracy and supply chain visibility.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure ASN requirements are understood and followed during shipment execution.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including IT, Sourcing, Logistics, Transportation Operations, and Supply Chain to support ASN integration and process compliance.
- Monitor ASN compliance and proactively follow up with suppliers to resolve gaps and exceptions.
- Analyze shipment and transportation data to ensure timely and accurate shipment visibility.
- Support transportation process improvements by identifying opportunities to enhance ASN adoption and operational efficiency.
- Track implementation milestones and prepare status reports for management review.
- Investigate and resolve ASN-related issues impacting shipment processing and inventory visibility.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, training materials, and compliance reports.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to standardize transportation processes and improve vendor performance.
- Ensure adherence to established service-level agreements (SLAs) and compliance requirements
Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of experience in Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Operations, or Vendor Management.
- Experience working with suppliers, carriers, or third-party logistics providers.
- Experience in transportation systems, ASN processes, EDI transactions, or supply chain integrations is preferred.
- Prior experience in process improvement and project coordination is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination capabilities.
- Results-oriented with a proactive approach to issue resolution and process improvement
