What You'll Do

• Lead the conceptual design and development of custom high-speed automation systems
• Design innovative machinery focused on speed, precision, reliability, and performance
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams on advanced automation projects
• Develop mechanical systems utilizing servo-driven motion, pneumatics, robotics, and precision components
• Create detailed engineering designs, assemblies, and documentation using SolidWorks
• Participate in product development from concept through manufacturing and commissioning
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation across automation platforms

Qualifications

• 5+ years of mechanical design experience in high-speed automation, custom machinery, or special-purpose equipment
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
• Strong knowledge of servo systems, pneumatics, mechanical motion systems, manufacturing, machining practices, and GD&T
• Advanced proficiency with SolidWorks
• Experience working with PDM and engineering document control systems
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills

Compensation

Salary Range: $140,000 – $180,000 annually

Compensation above the posted range may be considered based on experience, technical expertise, and interview performance.
