Qualification : A degree in Architecture - B.Arch.
Job Responsibilities:
- Create and Maintain BIM Models for Project Specific Requirements
- Develop schematic and detailed level models including modelling structure, interior and exterior architectural elements, and MEP systems (as applicable)
- Identify conflicts, incomplete or ambiguous design information Coordinate with
- BIM service providers and Subcontractors
- Create new library components Responsible as “Model Administrator” for assigned projects
- Assist BIM Manager to compile contract BIM close out documentation
Software Knowledge:
- Revit with BIM & Cad is must.
- Sketchup
- Photoshop
- Enscape will be added advantage
