Overview
As a Seasonal Attraction Manager at the Los Angeles Haunted Hayride, you'll oversee the night-to-night performance and operational quality of one of four iconic attractions - either the Hayride or one of three Mazes. Leading a team of 15-30 staff members, you'll be responsible for show quality, staff accountability, and guest experience in your zone. Key responsibilities include developing staff schedules, ensuring compliance with timekeeping policies, conducting training sessions, maintaining attraction readiness, and monitoring safety throughout operations. You'll work closely with the Performance Manager and General Manager, providing nightly operational notes and participating in post-season reviews. The position requires proven team management experience and availability for evening, weekend, and holiday work during the September-November season.
