任职资格（Job Qualifications）
学历学位 (Education Background)：大学本科
专业 (Professionals)：工业自动化仪表、自动控制、机械等相关专业
经验/履历 (Working Experience)：3年以上相关单表销售经验，熟悉管理区域的市场环境，适应区域内出差、可根据工作需要灵活调配出差（每月2周出差）。
专业技能 (Professional Skills)：具备良好的职业素养，诚实守信、良好沟通能力、能吃苦耐闹，有团队合作精神。懂渠道、可熟练对接渠道商、终端大客户。沟通表达流畅，临产应变能力强。
其他如语言计算机能力等(Others such as Language/Computer Skills)：熟练掌握OFFICE办公软件，具体可看懂图纸、技术参数的英文能力。
岗位职责描述（Mission and Objectives and Specific Duties of the Position)
1，依据部门整体销售战略，制定辖区内的销售计划、拓展客户并可完成月度、季度、年度销售业绩指标和回款。
2，负责内蒙古区域内客户的开发洽谈、合作签约，维护老客户关系 ，高效处理客户问题，实现客户长期合作与复购。
