Contract Coordinator (Bilingual – English/French)

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Contract Coordinator to join a collaborative team environment. This is a bilingual (English/French) position reporting to a team supervisor, with a hybrid work model (1 day/week onsite; full-time onsite during training).

Key Responsibilities:

• Process lease and loan contracts with accuracy
• Review and verify documentation for completeness and compliance
• Validate contract terms, figures, and supporting details
• Identify and resolve discrepancies through communication with external partners
• Provide general administrative support as needed

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and French (written and verbal)
• Post-secondary education preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience in financial services or claims processing is an asset
• Ability to meet background screening requirements, including a satisfactory credit check
