THE ROLE AND THE TEAM
As our Senior Product Manager Ecosystem, you are the architect of our newest frontier.
Tradebyte’s core product connects brands to marketplaces. Your mission? To build the layer on top of that. You will lead the development of our Developer Platform, empowering partners to build, launch, and scale their own applications within our core product.
You’ll work in a high-performing cross-functional squad (you + Engineering Manager + Software Engineers) and collaborate with other cross-functional teams, designers, business stakeholders, partners, brands, and marketplaces.
WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)
Architect the Roadmap: Own the end-to-end value delivery of the Ecosystem. You’ll translate high-level vision into a refined, high-impact roadmap and drive its execution.
Master the Domain: Become the go-to expert on our developer landscape, competitor moves, and market trends. You aren't just following the market, you're anticipating it.
Strategic Prioritization: Balance customer value with long-term system reliability. You’ll use a product-led growth mindset to say "no" to the good ideas so you can say "yes" to the great ones, firmly explaining the "why" in a language that stakeholders understand and respect.
Data-Driven Iteration: Define the metrics that matter. You’ll proactively gather data from various qualitative and quantitative sources, critically analyze them, and iterate the product based on reliable insights.
Evangelize the Ecosystem: Communicate your vision in the "language" of your stakeholders—whether that’s a deep technical dive with engineers or a value-prop pitch to business leaders.
Operational Excellence: Optimize the way the team works. From high-quality ticket grooming to leveraging AI for process optimization, you’ll ensure the engine runs smoothly.
WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF
THE BASICS
Academic: Excellent degree in an analytical field or a similar qualification.
Experience: 5+ years professional experience, specifically driving outcomes in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
Language: Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (German is a plus).
THE TECHNICAL EDGE
Tech-Fluent: You understand the basics of state-of-the-art software development and aren't afraid to look at code. You can hold your own in deep technical architectural discussions.
AI Enthusiast: You have a hands-on interest in how AI can be adopted to improve both the product and your own productivity.
Developer-Centric: You genuinely care about Developer Experience (DX) and making the lives of external developers easier.
THE PRODUCT MINDSET
Problem Solver: You excel at breaking down "messy", ambiguous problems into actionable, elegant plans based on critical data analysis.
Strategic Communicator: You can influence without authority. You possess the communication skills to read between the lines, understand underlying motivations, and actively manage expectations across diverse internal and external groups.
User-Focused: You have a strong grasp of UX/UI basics and can whip up a low-fidelity wireframe to communicate an idea quickly.
High Empathy: You care about your team’s health and "ways of working" just as much as you care about the product’s KPIs.
