We have opportunities available for Project Support Services (PSS) Coordinators to join our Defence division. This will be offered as a permanent full-time position based that could be based at any of the main defence bases in the Northern Territory.

About the role
You will be responsible for providing coordination and support for the Project Data Services projects, physical data validation activities, and handover-takeover (HOTO) management across multiple Defence bases. Your role is critical to ensure that project activities are executed seamlessly, data is accurately validated, and transitions are being managed effectively to support the overall success of the contract.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Assisting in the planning, scheduling, and execution of Project Data Services projects, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
Conducting physical data validation activities to ensure accuracy and integrity of project data.
Contributing to the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensuring all activities comply with relevant defence regulations and standards.
Identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise during project execution, data validation, or transition processes.
About you
Our ideal candidate will have:
Experience in project coordination or similar supporting role in a multi-site environment, preferably within the Defence sector.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Experience with data validation and management processes.
Proven ability to manage HOTO processes in complex environments.
Qualifications in Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field are highly desirable.
You must be an Australian Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Defence Security Clearance.
