MS Amlin is expanding our direct insurance offerings in Lloyd's Specialty Lines across Asia Pacific and we’d like to hear from talented Underwriters to join our Singapore team.

About the Opportunity
Our Underwriters sit at the centre of everything we do; without them our business simply wouldn’t function. In this role, you will take ownership of delivering the vision and strategy for your specific portfolio and market, contributing directly to how we grow and evolve.
Historically, our Singapore operation has been predominantly reinsurance‑focused. As we move into our next phase, we’re investing heavily in growing our direct insurance portfolio across multiple classes in Singapore, eventually expanding to our Sydney office in 2027.
We’re looking for Underwriters who bring:
A strong commercial mindset and the ability to make balanced, informed decisions
Deep market awareness and a respected professional reputation
A curious, entrepreneurial attitude, someone energised by building and developing portfolios
A client‑focused approach and the ability to cultivate meaningful, productive relationships
