About the Client

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day facility operations, including HVAC, chiller, and VRV/VRF systems.
- Ensure uninterrupted operation of critical power infrastructure, including generators and ATS systems.
- Implement preventive maintenance programs and monitor building management systems (BMS).
- Manage facility refurbishment post-care and monitor the condition of building infrastructure.
- Develop and control facility management budgets, CAPEX, and OPEX.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Manage vendors, contractors, warranties, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Drive operational efficiency, sustainability initiatives, and tenant satisfaction.
Skills & Experience Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, with a recognized qualification in Facilities Management.
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in commercial facility management, with at least 3 years in a senior-level role.
- Strong expertise in HVAC systems, critical infrastructure, and multi-tenant office operations.
- Hands-on experience managing building refurbishments, modernization projects, or system upgrades.
- Professional certifications such as CFM, FMA, LEED Green Associate, or BEE Energy Manager will be considered an added advantage.
