Description

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Program Success team partners with schools and districts to help educators unlock the full potential of every learner. Through thoughtful use of technology, data, and personalized support, we help teachers and leaders use insights to guide instruction, deepen engagement, and promote equitable learning opportunities. As the Senior Manager of Implementation Success, you are pivotal in ensuring successful program implementations and high quality collaborative relationships with our school partners in New York City. Your days will be varied with a mix of central support for our team and ownership of school-based relationships where you are the “face” representing Teach to One

With a proactive approach to partnership, you will anticipate our partners’ needs and address issues before they become problems. You will foster long-term relationships with our partners and utilize a strategic mindset to identify opportunities for not just license expansion, but to improve the quality of implementations within existing partnerships. Through a commitment to leveraging data to drive engagement and success, you will ensure that your accounts are managed with a personalized and effective strategy.

We believe that when educators have the right tools and support, students thrive. Our team is made up of former teachers, coaches, and education advocates who care deeply about making a lasting impact in classrooms across the country.

Candidates must reside in the New York City metro area and be able to travel frequently to schools across all five boroughs.

WHAT THIS ROLE DOES

Partner Communication & Implementation Support

  • Serve as a trusted partner to schools and districts within NYC — helping them understand their data and strengthen implementation strategies.
  • Participate in partner meetings, data reviews, and check-ins to share insights and gather feedback.
  • Support program onboarding and rollout for new partners, ensuring smooth adoption by teachers and administrators.
  • Elevate stories and examples of strong implementation to share with the broader team and partner network.
  • Conduct school visits, classroom co-observations, and coaching sessions in collaboration with instructional and professional learning teams to strengthen implementation quality and educator capacity.
  • Gather on-the-ground feedback to inform continuous improvement of our tools, supports, and data reporting.
  • Serve as a bridge between partners and internal teams to troubleshoot issues, surface needs, and ensure a high-quality user experience.

Data & Reporting

  • Prepare and share data reports and visual presentations that highlight engagement, usage, and impact across schools, districts, and support team members in their work with partners
  • Translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for educators and leaders.
  • Collaborate with internal data and product teams to ensure accuracy and consistency of reporting.
  • Maintain templates, dashboards, and processes that make data reporting efficient and meaningful for the Program Success team.

Direct School Support & Customer Operations

  • Manage 10-20 single-school accounts
  • Provide hands-on support to key district accounts managed by Senior Directors of Implementation Success
  • Partner with educators and leaders to ensure seamless program operations — from rostering and setup to ongoing technical and instructional support.

Project Management & Collaboration

  • Lead and coordinate special projects that advance the Program Success team’s goals — such as new reporting tools, data storytelling initiatives, or process improvements.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across teams (Insights & Analytics, Education Solutions, Product) to ensure a cohesive and high-quality partner experience.
  • Track project timelines and deliverables, keeping communication clear and progress steady.

KEY COMPETENCIES OF THE ROLE

  • Judgment & Decision Making: Uses sound reasoning and evidence to make timely decisions that balance partner needs, data insights, and organizational priorities.
  • Operating Effectively: Manages multiple projects with care and attention to detail, staying organized, setting priorities, and keeping work streams aligned and on track.
  • Influence: Builds trust and credibility with educators and peers to guide thinking and drive action.
  • Written & Verbal Communication: Communicates with clarity and purpose, translating complex data into meaningful insights and tailoring messages to engage, inform, and motivate others.
  • Conceptual Ability: Connects information across systems and contexts to identify patterns, themes, and opportunities.
  • Data Literacy: Understands, interprets, and communicates data and findings to tell a story that drives improvement.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • You embody our core values: Prioritize People, Initiate and Innovate, Lifelong Learning, Creative Collaboration, Purposeful Partnerships and Considered Confidence.
  • 6+ years of experience in K–12 education, edtech, or a related field.
  • Experience working in schools — ideally as a teacher, instructional coach, or school/district support role.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across New York City's five boroughs to engage directly with school partners.
  • Ability and desire to travel occasionally (up to 10%) to support in-person engagement with partners nationally.
  • Strong ability to analyze, interpret, and communicate data in ways that are accessible and relevant to educators.
  • Excellent project management skills and attention to detail; comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
  • Clear and engaging communicator who can build and maintain relationships with diverse partners.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, spreadsheets (Excel & Sheets), and presentation tools; experience with data visualization platforms (e.g., QuickSight, Tableau, Looker, Google Data Studio) is a plus.
  • Deep commitment to equity, access, and supporting educators in improving student outcomes with a focus on growth for every learner.
  • Experience in a partner-facing implementation, customer success, or data coaching role.
  • Comfort facilitating data conversations with teachers or administrators.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
