Project
We are looking for an experienced Analytics Engineer to join our client growing Data & Analytics team. In this highly visible and impactful role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the data infrastructure that supports business-critical analytics and decision-making.
Role
- Design, develop, and maintain Snowflake data models, pipelines, and warehouse objects.
- Build and optimize data loading strategies, including delta processing, incremental loads, and MERGE operations.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance SQL-based data transformations using DDL, DML, and DQL.
- Collaborate with business and operations teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable analytics solutions.
- Lead data engineering workstreams across multiple CRM platform migration projects.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity throughout the data lifecycle.
- Maintain technical documentation, metadata standards, and data catalog assets.
- Develop and maintain Python-based automation scripts for data processing, transformation, and pipeline orchestration.
- Partner with BI and Analytics teams to ensure high-quality and reliable data for reporting and advanced analytics initiatives.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of data architecture, processes, and governance practices.
We are looking for
- 3-5 years of experience in Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, or a related field.
- Advanced SQL expertise, including database design, optimization, DDL, DML, and DQL.
- Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake, including Streams, Tasks, MERGE operations, clustering, and performance optimization.
- Proficiency in Python for data automation, transformation, and pipeline development.
- Experience working with CRM data models and supporting data migration initiatives.
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data quality, validation, and governance.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Successful completion of a background check may be required due to client contractual obligations.
