Scope: Belgium and Netherlands

Location: CityDox in Belgium / Rotterdam in Netherlands, with ability to travel to the other country once per week according to business needs.

JOB PURPOSE

This role exists to transform data into meaningful insights that drive business decisions and continuous improvement. The Data Analyst leads the full lifecycle of data analysis, including requirements gathering, analysis, reporting, and solution design. The role is responsible for developing the organization's analytical and reporting capabilities, monitoring performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and enabling data-driven decision making. By retrieving, processing, and analyzing large volumes of data, the Data Analyst delivers actionable insights that support business growth and operational excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports.
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex datasets.
• Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.
• Acquire data from primary and secondary sources and maintain databases and data systems.
• Work closely with management and agile squads to prioritize business and information needs.
• Clean, structure, and validate data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Perform reporting and direct analysis to generate actionable and valuable business insights.
• Develop dashboards, visualizations, and reporting solutions to support decision-making.
• Monitor performance indicators and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Support data-driven initiatives by translating business requirements into analytical solutions.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence.
• Strong analytical skills, with excellent knowledge of Power BI.
• Fluency in Dutch is a must and French is a plus.
• Strong communication and public speaking skills with great ability to present and explain data.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
• Proactivity and passion to take the initiatives.
• Experience working with databases, data extraction, and data visualization tools.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience of 0-5 years in a junior position.
• Experience working in Agile environments and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis methodologies and predictive analytics.

• Hybrid module.
