Your New Role:
Sr. Business Analyst, Strategy & Operations, will support the day-to-day operations and execution of AI and data initiatives across the enterprise. The successful candidate will have a mixture of business acumen, analytical & reporting skills and fair technical know-how. The Business Analyst will work on multiple and diverse projects across the Enterprise Data and AI Solutions team, delivering operational efficiency by collaborating with other teams.
Your Role Accountabilities:
- Analysis: Create, maintain and analyze operational data for the Enterprise data and AI Solutions team, including data related to Business Financials (MBR/QBR), Contingent Workers, Vendor / Partners, L&D, and other ad-hoc initiatives
- Continuous Improvement: Define & document processes and standards to increase the quality and reduce the time of the deliverables; support in carrying out process transformation across technology & operations
- Stakeholder management & Reporting: Build long-term, strategic relationships with stakeholders and ensure regular reporting of business metrices, support in facilitation of business reviews and follow up actions - via different mediums such as MS Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Tableau, Confluence, SharePoint etc.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, IT, Facilities, L&D, and other business units, to gather requirements and ensure smooth operations
- Qualifications & Experiences:
- 4–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in strategy and business operations, project management, or a related role.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI/Tableau, SharePoint, Microsoft Tools, and Confluence.
- Experience in facilitating business reviews, preparing executive reports, maintaining meeting minutes, and tracking action items to closure.
- Experience in managing end-to-end project operations from a business governance perspective, including planning, status reporting, risk tracking, dependency management, and stakeholder communication.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage senior leadership and business teams.
- Experience in business process documentation, process improvement, and requirements gathering.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira is preferred.
- Understanding of AI/Generative AI technologies and their business applications is an added advantage.
Not Required but preferred experience:
- Familiarity with business processes within a Shared Services or Global Capability Center (GCC) environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage senior leadership and business teams.
