As part of the Contamination Control Group Program Management Team, you will provide leadership to cross‑functional teams to ensure the successful development and delivery of new technologies while maintaining the highest quality standards for our customers. You will empower teams toward shared objectives in a high‑growth, fast‑paced environment.
Your Responsibilities
- End‑to‑end responsibility for planning, controlling, and successfully executing mechanical engineering projects — from concept phase through external manufacturing to installation and commissioning.
- Coordination of internal and external stakeholders, including Engineering, Operations, Applications, Supply Chain, Quality, and external manufacturing partners.
- Technical evaluation and clarification of requirements, specifications, and design changes in close collaboration with Engineering.
- Ensuring schedule, cost, and quality targets through structured project controlling and transparent reporting.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with external suppliers and partners; moderating technical and organizational alignments.
- Introduction and continuous improvement of project processes, standards, and tools to increase project and delivery performance.
- Risk management including identification, assessment, mitigation tracking, and escalation management.
- Leadership without formal authority: inspiring teams, moderating discussions, driving decisions, and steering cross‑functional teams in matrix organizations.
- Preparation and execution of customer and management reviews, including presentation of project‑critical topics.
Your Profile
- Successfully completed degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Production Engineering, or similar).
- Experience in project management within mechanical engineering or related industries.
- Experience working with external manufacturing partners, suppliers, or contract manufacturers.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g. PMI, IPMA, PRINCE2) and common PM tools.
- Strong leadership skills without direct line authority: ability to motivate teams, resolve conflicts, and drive decisions.
- Excellent analytical skills with a strong process and quality mindset.
- High communication and negotiation skills with confident stakeholder management.
- Structured, proactive working style with a high level of personal accountability.
- Very good English skills, both written and spoken.

Salary Ranges
NT$1,357,919.48 TWD to NT$1,837,185.18 TWD
