角色职责:
•
Perform product costing, cost estimation, and quotation support.
•
Support monthly financial closing activities and provide cost analysis for forecasting and budgeting processes.
•
Analyze product costs and collaborate with Engineering and Procurement teams to identify and implement material cost reduction opportunities.
•
Conduct comprehensive factory cost analysis and provide financial support for major projects and business initiatives.
•
Analyze standard cost changes and estimate future product gross margins.
•
Support annual inventory counting activities and ensure costing accuracy.
•
Participate in cost optimization projects and provide profitability analysis for compressor and unit businesses.
•
Manage annual standard cost updates and related cost restatement activities.
•
Prepare management reports and ad-hoc financial analyses as required.
•
Perform other duties and special projects assigned by management.
角色 目的:
The Cost Analyst will be responsible for product costing, factory cost analysis, forecasting support, standard cost management, and profitability analysis for Responsible products. This role will partner closely with Engineering, Procurement, Operations, Planning, and FP&A teams to drive cost optimization initiatives and support strategic business decisions.
最低要求:
•
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
•
Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing costing, cost analysis, or plant finance
•
Strong understanding of standard costing, actual costing, cost variance analysis, inventory management, and month-end closing processes.
•
Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
•
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and accountability.
•
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across functions.
•
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
