Description
We have a customer based in Tempe, AZ who has an IMMEDIATE opening for a BIM/VDC Coordinator for a large project based in Dallas, TX that can be worked REMOTE. If you or any of your friends or colleagues are interested in this position, please click APPLY NOW.
In this role you will work as a BIM/VDC Coordinator for a large construction firm that is involved in a large Water and Waste Water Treatment faciltiy project. In this role you will lead BIM coordination using NAVISWORKS for mainly process piping and MEP, build federated models, lead BIM/clash meetings with up to 30-40 participants including MEP group leaders, trades, Project Managers, owners, etc.
- This is a long-term TEMP-HIRE or DIRECT HIRE position for well-qualified candidates.
- Candidate must work on site for this position.
- Pay range is in the $40-55/hr range
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- BS or AAS Degree or similar with 3-5 years+ experience in BIM/VDC Coordination
- Must have proficiency with NAVISWORKS, AUTOCAD and ideally REVIT
- Experience with large MEP Construction projects, Process piping, water treament facilities
- Candidate must have strong verbal and written communication skills
