VDC/BIM Coordinator

In this role you will work as a BIM/VDC Coordinator for a large construction firm that is involved in a large Water and Waste Water Treatment faciltiy project.  In this role you will lead BIM coordination using NAVISWORKS for mainly process piping and MEP, build federated models, lead BIM/clash meetings with up to 30-40 participants including MEP group leaders, trades, Project Managers, owners, etc.  

• This is a long-term TEMP-HIRE or DIRECT HIRE position for well-qualified candidates. 
• Candidate must work on site for this position.   
• Pay range is in the $40-55/hr range 

JOB REQUIREMENTS: 

• BS or AAS Degree or similar with 3-5 years+ experience in BIM/VDC Coordination
• Must have proficiency with NAVISWORKS, AUTOCAD and ideally REVIT
• Experience with large MEP Construction projects, Process piping, water treament facilities
• Candidate must have strong verbal and written communication skills
