Deine Challenge als Service Manager:
- Shift Performance: Du leitest das Tagesgeschäft während deiner Schichten und sorgst für effizientes Personalmanagement, Bestandsrecherche und eine saubere finanzielle Performance.
- Team Lead: Du schulst dein Team, erstellst die Dienstpläne und achtest darauf, dass unsere Standards nicht nur eingehalten, sondern gefeiert werden.
- Good Vibes Only: Du förderst ein positives, kollegiales Arbeitsumfeld, in dem Teamwork und die Entwicklung jedes Einzelnen großgeschrieben werden.
- Quality Control: Du setzt unsere operativen Standards um und sorgst dafür, dass der Service immer schnell, effizient und 10/10 ist.
- Business Mindset: Du hast Verkaufszahlen und Ausgaben im Blick und hilfst aktiv dabei, die Profitabilität zu optimieren.
- Guest Hero: Du bist das Gesicht für unsere Gäste, sorgst für maximale Zufriedenheit und löst jedes Anliegen professionell und mit Charme.
Das bringst du an den Pass:
- Background: Du hast Erfahrung in der Gastronomie. Wenn du schon mal Personalverantwortung hattest – super! Falls nicht, ist das kein Ausschlusskriterium, solange die Einstellung stimmt.
- Allrounder: Du verstehst, wie ein Restaurant funktioniert – vom Gastraum bis zum Zusammenspiel mit der Küche.
- Host-Mentalität: Dein Fokus liegt immer auf dem Gast und einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis.
- Organisation: Du bist ein Multitasking-Talent und weißt auch in Stoßzeiten, was Priorität hat.
- Hygiene-Pro: Du kennst dich bestens mit Lebensmittelsicherheit und Hygienevorschriften aus.
- Commitment: Abende, Wochenenden und Feiertage sind für dich die spannendsten Schichten.
- Sprachtalent: Du sprichst Englisch (C1) und Deutsch (B2).

Your Challenge as Service Manager:
- Shift Performance: You manage all aspects of daily restaurant operations during your shifts, ensuring efficiency in staff management, inventory control, and financial performance.
- Team Lead: You train, schedule, and supervise team members, ensuring optimal coverage and strict adherence to company policies.
- Good Vibes Only: You promote a positive and collaborative work environment, fostering teamwork and supporting the professional development of your employees.
- Quality Control: You implement and uphold operational standards to ensure consistent service quality and maximum efficiency.
- Business Mindset: You monitor and analyze sales figures and expenditures, taking proactive measures to optimize profitability and reduce costs.
- Guest Hero: You interact with customers to ensure their satisfaction, resolving any concerns promptly and with professional charm.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Background: You have catering experience. Previous staff responsibility is a plus, but not a must if you have the right mindset.
- All-rounder: You have good knowledge of restaurant operations, including the interaction between front-of-house and back-of-house.
- Host Mentality: Excellent customer service skills with a focus on providing a memorable dining experience.
- Organization: Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively under pressure.
- Hygiene Pro: In-depth knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Commitment: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- Language Skills: You are fluent in English (C1) and have some German Skills (B2)
