Role Summary and Impact

As part of the Global Operations Centre (GOC), you will work closely with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a collaborative, multicultural environment. We are looking for a BI Manager who will:

• Define business requirements to build and maintain stable data architecture.
• Design, build, and deploy automated ETL processes and scripts (SQL/Python) to streamline data extraction, quality checks, and reporting delivery.
• Extract datasets from multiple media platforms and assist with intake and QA of partner-provided performance data.
• Develop, update, and maintain highly interactive dashboards and visualizations across environments.
• Design, write, and execute robust test plans, test cases, and automated validation scripts to ensure zero-defect reporting.
• Perform rigorous data validation and reconciliation between visualization platforms (Power BI, Datorama, Tableau, etc.) and underlying raw data sources/warehouses.
• Perform data hygiene, mapping, and parsing; troubleshoot and implement fixes for data discrepancies.
• Ensure all data governance and taxonomy requirements are adhered to.
• Support project timelines and deliverable schedules, proactively communicating progress, risks, and dependencies.
• Maintain a flexible, agile mindset to support different onshore agency teams as dynamic business needs arise.
• Maintain comprehensive, up-to-date documentation of workflows, data schemas, QA testing processes, and change logs.

Skills and Experience

If this opportunity looks right for you, we are looking for candidates who have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering or Business Intelligence, preferably within a digital marketing agency, media agency, or commerce media environment.
• Hands-on, advanced expertise in Power BI; experience with Datorama, Tableau, or Looker is highly valued.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python (or R) for test automation, ETL scripting, and data manipulation; advanced Excel skills.
• Proven understanding of software QA methodologies, test-case planning, and automated testing frameworks applied to data pipelines.
• Deep familiarity with ad-tech and digital platforms (e.g., Google Campaign Manager, social platforms, DSPs) and web analytics tools.
• Exposure to cloud infrastructure (Google Cloud Platform preferred—BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataflow—or AWS/Azure equivalent) is a plus.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate seamlessly in an onshore/offshore model.
