Managing Brown-Forman the change to a strong culture in health and safety. Increase safe and healthy lifestyle behaviors among employees through safety and health campaigns, preventive and surveillance programs. Obtain quantifiable and significant biopsychosocial health results, through positive indicators, audits and monthly results.
What can you expect?
- Lead health and safety management, programs, and processes.
- To be a model of excellence in health and safety.
- Be a champion of the Vive Bien program and propose new health strategies.
- Conduct safety and health tours at the six operational bases, both in the field and in Tepatitlán de Morelos, San Gabriel, Tecolotlan, Zacoalco, Amatitán, Ixtlán del Río Nayarit, and Colonia Moderna.
- Supervise nurses and paramedics in Brown-Forman and Valle de Amatitán.
- Update internal procedures
- Updating and training staff
- Implement permanent programs
- Organize preventive campaigns. Provide guidance to staff regarding major medical expense policies (Insured Plan and cash flow) and about Optum's employee support program.
- Present results through monthly audits and indicators.
- Place information on Nom 35 and Nom 37
- Place metrics and how-to information
- Provide oversight of the Commercial Health Service Strategy. Work with the local EHS Commercial team on the implementation of health programs.
