Description
Salary: Up to £60,000 DOE + Bonus/Commission + Share Options
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
- Lead the development and launch of the children's crisis care division
- Develop and implement a strategy for growing the new service line
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the unregulated care market
- Build relationships with commissioners, local authorities, healthcare professionals, and key stakeholders
- Develop partnerships and generate new revenue streams
- Establish the operational and commercial foundations for the new division
- Monitor performance, identify opportunities, and drive sustainable growth
- Work closely with senior leadership to shape the long-term direction of the service
- Build processes and infrastructure to support future expansion
- Operate autonomously while maintaining strong commercial and strategic oversight
- Proven experience within the unregulated care market
- Strong track record of launching or growing a new division, service line, or business area
- Previous experience in business development, commercial leadership, or divisional management
- Strong understanding of the children's care/crisis care market is highly desirable
- Excellent commercial, networking, and relationship-building skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently
- Comfortable taking ownership and building something from the ground up
- Strong strategic thinking combined with a hands-on approach
- Salary up to £60,000 DOE
