Job Title: Sr. Marketing & Digital Content - Bali

Job-Type: Full-time (with 3 months probation)

Reports To: Marketing Manager

Location: Bali, Indonesia

What you’ll be doing:

• Strategize and ideate social media content plans for Cove's Bali properties, adapting brand direction into content that resonates locally — in close collaboration with the HQ Marketing and Regional Online Marketing teams
• Plan and lead marketing photo/video shoots — coordinating vendors, talent, locations, and timelines
• Source, negotiate, and manage influencer partnerships and collaborations to drive brand awareness and quality lead generation
• Design and execute offline marketing activations suited to the Bali market: brand partnerships, community collaborations, and agent partnership programs to build awareness and generate quality leads
• Support and help run extended marketing programs (Coveuphoria, Bali Media Gathering, Bali market research initiatives, and similar)
• Apply a hospitality-first marketing mindset — ensuring every activation, shoot, and content piece reflects Cove's service and brand standards
• Act as the marketing point of contact for Bali, coordinating cross-functionally with Jakarta HQ Marketing & Creative team, Bali Design & Operations, and Tenant Experience team
• Track Bali market trends, competitor activity, and tenant sentiment to continuously sharpen content and activation strategy
• Lead local marketing event collaborations end-to-end — from concept to execution — to build awareness and generate enquiries, positioning Cove as a hybrid coliving brand with a strong presence in Bali
• Report on content and activation performance regularly, tying results back to awareness and lead-generation goals

What makes you a great fit:

• Bachelor’s degree from any major in a reputable university and minimum 3 years' experience in social media marketing, content strategy, or marketing activation — hospitality, real estate, tech/startup, or lifestyle industry background preferred.
• Deep, genuine understanding of the Bali market: culture, community networks, media landscape, and consumer behavior.
• Hands-on skills in video editing and basic graphic design; familiarity with mobile editing tools like CapCut, VN, and/or Adobe Express is a plus.
• Demonstrated track record in managing KOL activations or influencer campaigns, from talent selection to contract alignment and performance reporting.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar) to analyze data and extract actionable insights.
• Track record of running offline activations or events with measurable awareness/lead outcomes.
• Able to work independently with limited supervision — this is a senior, self-directed role based full-time in Bali.
• Strong cross-team communication skills; comfortable coordinating remotely with Jakarta HQ Marketing & Creative team, Bali Operations, and Tenant Experience team
• Exceptional project ownership with an analytical mindset and the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Hospitality/service mindset; understands how brand experience translates into marketing execution.
• Comfortable with a hybrid working arrangement — split between office/property-based work and on-site activations — plus willingness to travel to activation sites/events across Bali.
• Native-level Bahasa Indonesia; fluent in English both verbal and written.
