Description
Supporting development of a risk management framework covering areas such as financial, operational, sustainability, regulatory, and supply chain risk. Assisting in the identification, categorization, and documentation of supplier risks. Building and maintaining risk tracking tools, dashboards, and reporting templates. Supporting supplier segmentation and risk prioritization efforts. Supporting stakeholder meetings and documenting actions, decisions, and next steps. Procurement Academy Assist with development and maintenance of training materials. Coordinate learning events, Lunch & Learns, and internal development programs. Track participation, attendance, and program metrics. Help manage Procurement Academy content and resource libraries. Support development of newsletters, SharePoint content, presentations, and internal communications. Assist with storytelling and communication campaigns that promote procurement initiatives and successes. Assist with small business reporting and data analysis. Support supplier outreach and small business program initiatives. Assist in preparation of presentations and communications related to small business efforts. Must be an undergraduate currently enrolled in a full-time academic program from an accredited college or university, majoring in Supply Chain, Business, Procurement, Operations, Communications, Data Analytics, Finance, or another related field Available to work 40 hours per week (M-F, 8am-5pm) Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize requests, and meet deadlines Strong communication skills including excellent listening, written, and verbal abilities Ability to work cross-functionally, be independently driven, and a self-starter Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, etc.)
