Accounting Analyst

In this position, you will be part of the Record to Report team, playing a fundamental role in ensuring our financial data is accurate and timely. You will operate in a collaborative and learning-oriented environment, where you will have the autonomy to support period-close activities, perform account reconciliations, and grow along with our business.

What are we looking for?

Essential Requirements (What is indispensable to start):

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 1 to 2 years of experience in Accounting or Finance.

• Basic understanding of accounting principles, journal entries, and reconciliations.

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Desirable Requirements (These will be considered differentiators, but you can learn with us):

• Experience in a Record-to-Report or General Accounting role.

• Familiarity with SAP or a comparable ERP system.

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Collaborate actively with finance teams to execute accounting closing activities according to established timelines.

• Support the integrity of our financial statements by preparing balance sheet account reconciliations and following up on open items.

• Prepare standard journal entries and ensure all supporting documentation is in place for assigned accounting processes.

• Analyze accounting discrepancies, bringing new ideas and innovative solutions to optimize workflows.
