Job Overview
The Business Analyst / Associate Product Owner will support Microsoft licensing and cloud business operations by analysing requirements, managing product priorities, and improving customer and commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse customer and business requirements related to Microsoft licensing.
- Work with Sales, Technical, Finance, and Operations teams.
- Define user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Support product backlog management and prioritization.
- Assist with Microsoft 365, Azure, and CSP licensing solutions.
- Identify process and customer experience improvements.
- Support UAT, reporting, and product/process enhancements.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Management, or Product Ownership.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Licensing, Microsoft 365, Azure, or CSP.
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Advanced Excel skills; Power BI is an advantage.
- Experience with CSP, MCA, EA, or Microsoft Volume Licensing is an advantage.
