At Factorial we're looking for a new

Business Analyst

to help us scale our

SDR organization

across Spain, Portugal, Italy, France and Germany. As part of the team supporting SDR leadership, you'll be in charge of

forecasting

,

pipeline reporting

, and

cross-functional execution

across our five markets.

About the team

👥

Our SDR organization drives inbound and outbound pipeline generation across five European markets, working closely with our Excellence team on process and enablement to keep raising the bar on performance. This role is the operational backbone that keeps that structure running smoothly.

What you'll do

📝

Forecasting & Reporting:

Partner with SDR leadership on forecasting, pipeline accuracy, and performance reporting across all five markets.

KPIs & Dashboards:

Design and maintain KPIs and dashboards aligned to our pipeline stage definitions.

Cross-Functional Projects:

Lead initiatives to improve SDR process and productivity, partnering with Marketing/Demand Gen and Ops on lead flow and qualification alignment.

Capacity Planning:

Support capacity planning and market coverage modeling across the five markets.

Operational Partnership:

Act as the first point of contact for country team leads, resolving day-to-day operational questions and escalating only what truly needs leadership's attention.

What are we looking for?

🎯

Experience:

3–5+ years in Sales, Revenue, or Business Operations, ideally within B2B SaaS.

Multi-Market Exposure:

Proven experience operating across multiple countries or markets simultaneously.

Analytical Power:

Strong analytical skills with hands-on CRM experience (HubSpot).

Cross-Functional Influence:

Track record of driving outcomes cross-functionally without formal authority.

Self-Directed:

Comfortable building structure in ambiguity and driving projects independently, with no prior template to follow.

Languages:

English is a must; an additional EU language (Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, French, or German) is a plus.
