Responsibilities
Support the management and tracking of real estate and facilities service requests, including repairs, maintenance, and building upkeep.
Coordinate service requests with vendors and internal teams, ensuring timely follow-up through to resolution.
Assist in the coordination and monitoring of janitorial services, waste and recycling programs, and other facility maintenance services.
Extract, analyze, and interpret data to create reports, KPIs, dashboards, and presentations.
Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Environmental teams on various initiatives and projects.
Support construction and facility improvement projects, including electrical modifications, equipment installations, and minor repairs.
Perform administrative tasks and data entry related to lease administration, as required.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of departmental processes, standards, and tracking tools.
The role involves daily (or regular) communication with pan-Canadian stakeholders.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, operations management, architecture, or a related field.
Demonstrated interest in corporate real estate, building services, facilities management, and construction projects.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, data analysis, and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI is considered an asset.
Basic technical knowledge of building systems and facilities operations is an asset.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and take initiative.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and cross-functional environment.
