Be part of a collaborative, global, and impact-driven team where together we can achieve greatness and make a real impact. Your potential is our inspiration.

The Head of Learning and Talent Management Technologies leads and advances IFF’s learning and talent technology ecosystem. This role translates Growth & Development strategy into scalable, data-informed operations and enables a seamless, user-centered experience across learning, performance management, and skills development.

Working closely with the Global Head of Learning & Performance Enablement and cross-functional HR, Talent, and HR Operations teams, this role shapes and sustains the technology backbone of the Growth & Development ecosystem, including LMS, performance systems, analytics, governance, and integrations.

Where You’ll Make a Difference

  • Lead the day-to-day administration and continuous improvement of Workday Learning, Performance/Talent Management, and related learning technologies.

  • Ensure platforms are stable, scalable, user-friendly, and aligned with enterprise talent, learning, and skills strategies.

  • Lead LMS and performance module release management, including impact assessment, testing, deployment readiness, and communication.

  • Evolve support intake, prioritization, service levels, escalation processes, governance frameworks, SOPs, and quality standards.

  • Define and maintain LMS governance standards, taxonomy, metadata, and content structures to strengthen consistency, discoverability, and reporting integrity.

  • Support the end-to-end performance management lifecycle in Workday, including goal setting, reviews, feedback, and calibration processes.

  • Connect learning and performance data with skills frameworks, competency models, career architectures, LXP capabilities, AI-enabled tools, and skills-based talent practices.

  • Lead dashboards, reporting, insights, and evaluation strategies that demonstrate program effectiveness, capability growth, behavior change, and business impact.

  • Lead and develop LMS administrators while enabling a global, matrixed administrator community with clear roles, standards, training, tools, and ongoing support.

What Makes You the Right Fit

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Learning & Development, Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

  • At least eight years of experience in HR technology, learning systems, LMS/LXP, or performance management platforms, with Workday strongly preferred.

  • Proven experience administering, optimizing, and improving enterprise LMS platforms and performance management systems.

  • Experience supporting LMS and Workday releases, including testing, configuration, deployment coordination, and stakeholder communication.

  • Experience designing and executing learning evaluation strategies, measurement frameworks, assessment instruments, surveys, analytics, and data collection methods.

  • Experience with service management, governance models, operational process design, and continuous improvement.

  • Strong analytics and reporting capability, including Power BI or similar tools, Excel, data visualization, and executive-ready storytelling.

  • Experience supporting performance management processes, related analytics, adoption, and manager and employee experience improvements.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical, non-technical, global, and matrixed audiences, with awareness of data privacy, security, and compliance standards such as GDPR.

How Would You Stand Out?

  • Workday Learning and/or Performance certification, advanced configuration experience, or experience with Learning Experience Platforms.

  • Familiarity with system integrations, APIs, identity management, SSO, SAML, SCIM, or AI-enabled learning and skills tools.

  • Experience with adult learning principles, instructional design frameworks, external vendors, contracts, technology providers, or large-scale global learning and talent programs.

Why Choose Us?

  • Join a purpose-driven company focused on sustainable innovations that elevate everyday products.

  • Work in a global People & Culture environment where talent, leadership, and employee growth are central to the business.

  • Help shape scalable learning, performance, and skills technology practices that support employees and leaders globally.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional HR, Talent, HR Operations, and technology stakeholders in a global matrixed environment.

  • Lead work that connects technology, data, governance, and user experience to measurable business and people outcomes.

  • Contribute to a culture where your potential is our inspiration.
