Job Description
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital (SEM, SEO, social media, email marketing), traditional (print, TV, radio), and events, aligned with business objectives and target audience segments.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities, understand customer needs, and stay abreast of industry trends to inform marketing strategies.
Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and demonstrable ROI on marketing initiatives.
Collaborate closely with product teams, sales, and other internal stakeholders to ensure marketing efforts support product launches, sales targets, and overall business growth.
Oversee the development of compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, website content, and advertising materials, ensuring brand consistency and adherence to regulatory guidelines.
Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure timely and high-quality execution of marketing activities.
Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant financial regulations, internal policies, and ethical standards.
Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals (if applicable), fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
