As an Account Manager at Bunnings, you'll be part of a team dedicated to delivering exceptional outcomes for our Commercial customers. What's involved
As an Account Manager, you'll have the opportunity to:
- Build and strengthen long-term relationships with Commercial customers in particular with builders, becoming a trusted partner to their business
- Identify new business opportunities and grow market share within your region
- Develop and execute sales strategies that deliver strong commercial outcomes
- Collaborate with teams across the Bunnings network to ensure customers receive the best possible experience across price, range and service
- Monitor local market trends and competitor activity to uncover opportunities and respond to changing customer needs
- Manage budgets and performance targets while balancing customer value and business outcomes
- Contribute to a culture where safety is everyone's responsibility and remains at the centre of how we work
About You
You're someone who enjoys building genuine relationships and finding solutions that make a difference for customers. You bring energy, curiosity and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and delivering results.

- Experience in a sales, account management or business development role
