THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and solutions-oriented Business Operations Manager to join our team in London and support our international Brand Consulting business.
Reporting to the Head of International Operations, this role will play a critical part in driving operational excellence, enhancing business efficiency, and supporting the continued growth of CAA's international footprint. The successful candidate will act as a key operational partner across multiple functions, helping to implement and manage processes that improve resource planning, financial reporting, cross-office collaboration, and organisational effectiveness.
This role requiring strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and administrative skills, provides the opportunity to contribute to strategic initiatives, office culture, and business expansion efforts across international markets.
As the Business Operations Manager you will be expected to:
Support the implementation and continuous improvement of operational processes across the International Business.
Drive efficiencies, consistency, and best practices across teams and markets.
Coordinate operational projects and maintain key process documentation and templates.
Support account and new business resource planning, capacity tracking and utilisation.
Support with financial reporting, revenue tracking, quoting, client budgeting, forecasting and work with Finance and IT to provide accurate and timely business performance analysis.
Facilitate collaboration, information sharing, cross-functional meetings and internal communication across international offices.
Support training and development initiatives, managing and tracking participation.
Support operational planning and execution of new market expansion initiatives – assist with local governance, compliance, and business readiness activities.
Plan and coordinate office social events, team activities, and cultural initiatives to help foster a positive and collaborative environment.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience in a business operations, operations management, or similar role.
Experience within an agency, consulting, or client-facing environment is desirable.
Demonstrated success in developing, implementing, and managing processes across multiple teams, functions, and markets.
Strong financial acumen, with experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and performance tracking.
Excellent organisational, project management, communication, stakeholder management, and administrative skills.
Proactive and adaptable, with a continuous improvement mindset and a willingness to identify opportunities to enhance operational effectiveness.
Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
