About the role
As our Senior Quality Automation Engineer, you'll drive key automation and digitalization initiatives across Element and Mould Validation. You'll build and maintain automated engineering workflows, lead hands-on implementation of no-code automation solutions, and connect quality, metrology, and digital technologies into reliable, data-driven processes. Working across automation projects and technology initiatives, you'll help ensure solutions meet both technical and quality requirements while supporting the continued transformation of how measurement and engineering data is used across the LEGO Group.
Please note: Relocation support is not available for this role.

- Hands-on experience with no-code automation platforms and workflow automation
- Understanding of data pipelines and quality-related systems
- Ability to validate automation outputs against engineering and quality standards
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
- Experience implementing new technologies and ways of working
Preferred Qualifications
- Python or similar scripting experience for automation and integrations
- Exposure to CT or CMM programming and measurement technologies
- Strong analytical thinking and process understanding
- Ability to identify where automation creates the greatest business value
What you'll build

If you've worked in a role where you've connected engineering, quality, and digital technologies to improve business processes, you'll feel at home here. What matters most is your ability to combine technical understanding, quality focus, and collaborative problem-solving to deliver practical automation solutions.
Life on the team
You'll join a team of 15 specialized metrology colleagues responsible for measurement platforms, measurement strategies, and quality-related data across the LEGO Group. Together, we help ensure new elements are measured according to specification and prepared for production using the right technologies. We work closely across the value chain and share a strong focus on continuous improvement, automation, and digitalization.
What success looks like
Success in this role means becoming a trusted link between quality expertise and automation technology. You'll help shape automation decisions that improve efficiency while maintaining high quality standards and reliable measurement outputs. Over the next 12 to 18 months, you'll work closely with leadership, technology partners, and subject matter experts to expand automation capabilities and unlock greater value from engineering and metrology data.
