The Role:
We’re looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about leading teams, optimizing processes, and delivering high-quality results. This role will work 3rd shift from 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM.
What You'll Do:
As a Production Supervisor, you’ll take ownership of daily production operations while leading and developing a high-performing team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement across the production floor.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team to meet and exceed production targets
- Develop and execute production schedules to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor production performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and support product changes or launches
- Ensure all products meet established quality standards through audits and inspections
- Troubleshoot production challenges and implement effective solutions
- Manage production documentation and reporting for leadership visibility
- Drive cost efficiency by identifying savings opportunities and optimizing resources
- Support team development through training, feedback, and performance management
What You'll Bring:
You’re a proactive leader who can balance operational priorities with team engagement. You’re comfortable making decisions, solving problems, and adapting to changing demands.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment
- At least 1 year of people management or team leadership experience
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles and systems
- Proven ability to analyze data and drive process improvements
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience developing and implementing operational procedures
The estimated salary range for this position is $80K to $90k. plus bonus. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range.
