Pay
Salaried Grade 6
$68,860 - $77,770 / year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Plus 8 % shift premium for 3rd shift
Actual salaries may vary and in some cases may be higher with extensive experience and strong performance.
Schedule
3rd Shift (Sunday – Thursday, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM)
Onsite; additional days and times as needed

Job Summary
McKee Foods is seeking a Production Supervisor to join our Manufacturing team to provide direct supervision in the manufacturing environment, including but not limited to:
Maintaining a safe work environment
Maintaining product and process quality
Maintaining food safety and sanitation
Managing productivity
Managing improvement opportunities
Administering Human Resources systems/processes
Maintaining employee staffing levels
Maintaining employee relations, evaluating and managing performance
Developing employees
Developing and maintaining internal partnerships

Managing administrative duties
Required Qualifications
Demonstrated commitment to McKee Foods' corporate objectives and Guiding Values
Two-year college degree in related area of study or outstanding proven ability
Good planning and organizational skills
Good written, verbal and human relations skills
Math proficiency in areas such as fractions, percentages, and basic algebra
Proven ability to work in a team-oriented environment

Good decision making and problem solving skills
Self-confidence and perseverance
Ability and willingness to work independently

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, HR, or a related area of study
Working knowledge of Workday, MAXIMO, Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Five or more years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
Lean Manufacturing experience
