Job Description
Position Overview
As the Analyst III, IT Business Administration, you will independently lead defined project workstreams and support the delivery of enterprise-wide initiatives within Business Operations. Projects may include Oracle ERP enhancements, sourcing and procurement system implementations, document management platforms, and other cross-functional transformation efforts.
You will drive execution within assigned scopes, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure adherence to established project governance standards. This role requires strong organizational discipline, structured thinking, and the ability to influence without formal authority.
Key Responsibilities
Project Execution
Lead defined project workstreams from planning through execution under the direction of senior project leadership.
Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and milestone tracking.
Support scope definition, requirements documentation, budgeting inputs, and resource coordination.
Identify risks and proactively drive mitigation strategies within assigned areas.
Ensure deliverables are completed on time and aligned to enterprise objectives.
Governance & Process Implementation
Apply and reinforce established project management methodologies, templates, and governance frameworks.
Contribute to refining project management standards and documentation practices.
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and quality across Business Operations initiatives.
Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting
Facilitate working sessions and cross-functional coordination meetings.
Prepare executive-ready dashboards, status reports, and summaries highlighting milestones, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
Ensure consistent communication across stakeholders to maintain alignment and transparency.
Change Management & Adoption
Partner with Business Transformation and functional leaders to support communication plans and training materials.
Drive user readiness activities within assigned workstreams.
Monitor adoption metrics and gather feedback to inform adjustments.
Vendor & Deliverable Oversight
Coordinate with external consultants, system integrators, and software providers within assigned project scope.
Track vendor deliverables and ensure alignment with project milestones and contract expectations.
Escalate risks or performance concerns to senior leadership as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
4–6 years of progressive project management, business operations, or systems implementation experience in a matrixed organization.
Experience supporting or leading ERP, sourcing/procurement, or document management initiatives preferred.
Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional workstreams with moderate complexity.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to influence stakeholders and drive accountability without direct authority.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including preparing executive-level materials.
Proficiency in project and portfolio management tools (e.g., Oracle Project Portfolio, Microsoft Project, ProjectTeam) and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel).
PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification preferred but not required.
- Eligible to work in the United States without the need for employer visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Base Pay
Bonus: 20% - 30%
The base pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for the position. Invenergy considers a number of factors when determining base pay offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education and skills.
