Reporting to the Senior Director, Relationship Manager, the Manager Operations, Plan Administration leads the end-to-end administration, review, execution, and governance of client contracts and related operations processes. The role ensures that agreements, pricing, service commitments, insurance provisions, cybersecurity requirements, and product terms are accurate, compliant, operationally feasible, and aligned with organizational standards. This position serves as a central liaison among Sales, Legal, Finance, Technology, Operations, Product, Corporate Affairs, Human Resources, Onboarding, and other business partners.

This position protects revenue and reduces organizational risk by ensuring that agreements are accurate, timely, compliant, and operationally supportable. The role also improves contract quality, accelerates execution, strengthens pricing integrity, supports sales forecasting, enhances the onboarding and client experience, and provides leadership with actionable sales insights.

Essential Functions for this role include:

• Contract lifecycle management: Oversee the creation, revision, processing, routing, execution, and maintenance of administrative service agreements, renewals, new-plan agreements, acquisitions, amendments, managed-account agreements, brokerage agreements, and other client-required documents.
• Contract review and risk coordination: Review contractual redlines and coordinate proposed revisions with Legal, Finance, Technology, Corporate Affairs, Human Resources, Operations, and other subject-matter experts. Facilitate client attorney discussions and manage agreements requiring notarization, witnesses, or multiple signatures.
• Pricing and service commitment validation: Confirm that pricing structures, financial terms, service-level agreements, guarantees, and other client commitments satisfy internal requirements and can be delivered operationally.
• Compliance and control oversight: Coordinate reviews of insurance, cybersecurity, employment-related, and operational contract requirements. Support internal audits by assembling contract, SLA, sales administration, and sales representative documentation.
• Contract systems and workflow management: Administer contract-related workflows, including DocuSign routing and SellNow monitoring. Submit system enhancement requests, perform testing, and partner with Salesforce Technology on an integrated contract solution connecting BidPro and DocuSign.
• Cross-functional RFP/Onboarding support: Coordinate contract and operational requirements supporting new-plan onboarding, product updates, RFP documentation, service-level templates, and Administrative Service Agreement samples.
• SLA Tracking and Reporting: Track and monitor SLA performance across all contracts.
• Strategic initiatives and continuous improvement: Lead or participate in sales excellence initiatives, including SLA development, Improve workflow integration, clarify ownership, strengthen cross-department communication, and reduce reliance on disconnected tools and manual follow-up.
• Sales Final Support: Participate in Sales finals and support the sales organization in finals preparation.
• Performs other duties as assigned
