An experienced and highly skilled Art Director specializing in digital and motion content, responsible for the end-to-end creation and editing of over 20 high-quality video assets monthly across social media platforms. Key Responsibilities
Create and edit a minimum of 20 high-quality videos per month for social media platforms, including short videos, GIFs, Reels, and other content developed from scratch.
Transform raw footage into polished video content, producing at least 5-7 distinct pieces monthly, such as interviews and entertainment-based videos, ready for broadcast.
Develop 10-15 short-form motion graphics videos quarterly that captivate and engage the audience, measured by specific engagement metrics.
Edit long-format content, including podcasts and documentaries, delivering one to two full-length productions every quarter, ensuring seamless narrative flow and professional quality.
Utilize advanced skills in Adobe After Effects to create dynamic motion graphics and visual effects, contributing to all motion-based projects and elevating visual storytelling.
Enhance video content with animations, transitions, and other visual elements, integrating at least 3-5 distinct visual enhancements per video to significantly improve viewer engagement.
Use Adobe Photoshop to create and edit visual elements required for video projects, including thumbnails, overlays, and other graphics, supporting all video content with bespoke assets.
Stay updated with and proficient in newly emerging AI tools, integrating at least one new AI-driven technique or tool annually to streamline and enhance video production and editing processes.
Work closely with the creative team, including designers, writers, and marketing professionals, participating in daily or weekly collaborative sessions to ensure cohesive and compelling video content.
Manage 5-8 multiple projects simultaneously, consistently ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained across all deliverables.
Contribute to content strategy by proposing at least 3-5 innovative video ideas and formats quarterly that align with the brand’s goals and audience preferences.
Continuously explore new trends and technologies in video production and social media, presenting new findings or techniques monthly to keep content fresh and relevant.
Qualifications:
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects, demonstrated through a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience and a robust portfolio.
Intermediate proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, evidenced by its effective application in at least 80% of video-related graphic design tasks.
Experience with AI tools relevant to video production and editing, having successfully applied at least two distinct AI applications to project workflows.
Strong portfolio showcasing a minimum of 10 diverse video content pieces, including social media videos, motion graphics, and long-format edits.
Excellent storytelling skills and a meticulous attention to detail, resulting in zero major editorial errors in final deliverables.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing individual tasks efficiently while contributing effectively to team-based projects.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, consistently delivering projects on or before deadlines.
Preferred Experience
Experience in creating video content for a minimum of three distinct social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), with demonstrable results in audience engagement.
Knowledge of audio editing and sound design, applied effectively to at least 50% of video projects for enhanced auditory experience.
Familiarity with color grading and correction techniques, utilized to achieve a consistent and professional visual aesthetic across all video content.
