Job Summary
We are looking for an SAP Order-to-Cash (O2C) Functional Consultant with 2–3 years of experience in SAP O2C processes. The ideal candidate should have strong functional expertise in Billing, Accounts Receivable, Cash Application, Collections, and FI-SD integration. The candidate will work closely with business users to understand business requirements, prepare functional design documents, and provide application maintenance and production support for SAP solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from business stakeholders.
Translate business requirements into Functional Design Documents (FDs/FDDs).
Configure and support SAP Order-to-Cash business processes.
Provide Application Maintenance Support (AMS), including incident resolution, root cause analysis, and production support.
Support SAP Billing, Accounts Receivable, Cash Application, and Collections processes.
Coordinate with ABAP developers for custom developments, enhancements, interfaces, reports, and forms.
Perform functional testing, integration testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Work closely with cross-functional teams, particularly SAP Finance (FI), to ensure seamless FI-SD integration.
Prepare functional documentation, test scripts, and end-user guides.
Support system enhancements, change requests, and continuous process improvements.
Required Skills & Experience
2–3 years of hands-on experience as an SAP Functional Consultant in the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process.
Strong functional knowledge of:
SAP Billing
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Cash Application
Collections Management
Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes
FI-SD Integration
Experience in gathering business requirements and conducting functional workshops.
Experience in preparing Functional Design Documents (FDs/FDDs).
Hands-on experience providing Application Maintenance Support (AMS) in production environments.
Understanding of SAP configuration and standard business processes.
Experience supporting incident management, problem management, and change management activities.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Generative AI concepts and their application in enterprise business processes.
Exposure to Large Language Models (LLMs) such as Azure OpenAI, OpenAI GPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar AI platforms.
Knowledge of AI-driven automation opportunities within Order-to-Cash (O2C), Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Customer Service processes.
Experience working with SAP Business AI, SAP Joule, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), or AI-enabled SAP solutions is an added advantage.
Familiarity with AI-powered tools for business process optimization, document processing, intelligent invoice matching, cash application, and predictive analytics.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E. or B.Tech.) from a recognized university.
Eligibility Criteria
2–3 years of relevant SAP functional consulting experience.
Proven experience working on SAP implementation and/or support projects.
Ability to work effectively with business users, technical teams, and cross-functional stakeholders
