Office Operations Associate

Responsibilities
- Process and verify out-of-state liens and titling.
- Responsible for assisting team of finance directors and managers with various tasks.
- Reconciling daily and weekly SQL reports.
- Responsible for assisting with general Human Resource related functions.
- Cross-train and provide backup support to existing administrative support team.
- Other duties as requested by management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of High School diploma required, associate’s degree desired but not required.
- Self-starter attitude with ability to shift between multiple tasks throughout the day with little to no direction.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and the Office Suite.
- Familiarity with SQL based reporting.
- Prior experience with titling, billing, or dealership operations preferred but not required.
- Able to work in a team setting in a fast-paced office setting.
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
- Reliable and strong work ethic. Professional appearance is a must.
