Job Title: Sr. Associate
Department: Operations – Drug and Health Services
Position Summary: Drug and Health Services Specialist plays a pivotal role in verifying medication orders, ensuring regulatory compliance, providing drug information and consultation, promoting patient safety, and collaborating with healthcare teams to optimize reporting outcomes. Their expertise and attention to detail are essential in maintaining high standards of reporting management and enhancing overall patient care within healthcare facilities.
Responsibilities/Job Duties:
• Schedule donors within vendor systems or customer service departments for drug and/or occupational health testing.
• Process and complete drug and occupational health testing results to ensure delivery to clients
• Learn and understand the regulated processes for both drug and occupational health testing.
• Consult with vendors, labs, clinics, and medical review services on abnormal test situations or results
• Work with internal teams to assist clients
• Respond to incoming calls or emails from clients, internal departments, and vendors requesting additional information on test results
• Meeting production and quality standards of the department.
• Other duties related as assigned by management
Requirements:
• Ability to efficiently and effectively use MS Office programs.
• Freshers or 1 - 2 years Drug Testing Experience or other experience in a US process in a BPO-BPM Set up
• Typing (40-45 WPM)/ 10-key Number Pad skills
• Strict attendance for rotational shifts (Day/Night) / (Weekdays/Weekends) is an essential function of the job along with the ability to flex OT as needed with little to no notice to address inventory levels within production.
• Ability to utilize and leverage available training documentation and process guides to resolve issues and meet production targets.
• Ability to leverage multiple data research and processing applications internal and external to meet or exceed expected production targets on a daily basis.
• Ability to meet quality targets set by the organization.
Required Education: Minimum HSC, Graduates preferred.
