As a Test Automation Engineer, a typical day involves applying structured quality processes and leveraging automation tools to enhance testing products and solutions. The role centers on managing the entire quality engineering lifecycle with a strong emphasis on automation, aiming to elevate control, precision, and reliability throughout the testing phases. This position requires continuous engagement with evolving methodologies to ensure that testing outcomes meet the highest standards of integrity and efficiency, contributing significantly to the overall product quality and delivery timelines.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and implement effective testing strategies.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing automation frameworks to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on automation best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow.
- Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts and frameworks.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and software development lifecycle.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and troubleshoot issues related to automation testing.
- Familiarity with integrating automation tools into continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality software solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
