Residential HVAC Installer
Location: Louisville, KY
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday + Overtime as Needed

As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced HVAC Installer who takes pride in quality workmanship and can confidently install residential heating and cooling systems.
A valid Kentucky Journeyman HVAC Mechanic License is REQUIRED for this position. Applicants without a current KY Journeyman license will not be considered.
What You'll Do
Install residential HVAC equipment, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, and related components
Complete equipment replacements and new system installations according to manufacturer specifications and local codes
Install and modify ductwork, refrigerant piping, drain lines, electrical connections, thermostats, and controls
Start up and test newly installed equipment to ensure proper and efficient operation
Troubleshoot and resolve installation-related issues
Maintain a clean, safe, and professional jobsite
Communicate professionally with homeowners and answer basic questions about their new equipment
Complete required documentation for each installation
Work independently and alongside other installers as needed
What We're Looking For
Current Kentucky Journeyman HVAC Mechanic License – REQUIRED
EPA Certification – REQUIRED
Valid driver's license – REQUIRED
Previous residential HVAC installation experience
Strong knowledge of HVAC equipment, installation practices, and applicable codes
Ability to read installation instructions, diagrams, and specifications
Ability to troubleshoot installation and start-up issues
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to perform the physical requirements of HVAC installation work
Professional, dependable, and comfortable working in customers' homes
