Job Title
In this job you will:
The Sales Intern will be part of the Commercial Team and will gain practical exposure to sales operations, client engagement, ordering, and project execution within the Travel Sellers business.
To support the intern's development and learning objectives, the team will provide training, mentoring in the following areas:
- Amadeus core products and basic commercial proposal development
- Commercial organization structure
- Sales tools and reporting platforms
- Professional communication and presentation skills
- Data analysis using Excel and reporting tools
- Customer onboarding processes and account management fundamentals
- Project coordination
Specific responsibilities:
- Shadow Account Managers during meetings and presentations.
- Support the preparation of presentation materials, proposals, and sales collateral.
- Assist in handling subscription inquiries and customer requirements.
- Support lead qualification, online customer engagement, and event preparation activities.
- Assist in onboarding and activation of touchless/non-CLM accounts.
- Work closely with the Sales Support team to address customer inquiries and onboarding requirements.
About the ideal candidate:
- Currently pursuing a degree in BS Tourism or BS Information Technology
- Basic understanding of Amadeus products and solutions and the Travel industry
- Strong interest in Sales, Account Management, Business Development, Customer Success, or the Travel and Technology industry.
- Clear verbal and written communication especially in English
- Able to handle professional conversations (calls, emails)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to adjust quickly to new tasks and organize priorities
- Demonstrates initiative, curiosity, and a willingness to learn new concepts and technologies.
- Familiarity with MS Excel/Google Sheet, MS Word, Outlook and PPT
- Proactive, eager to learn, customer focused and service oriented, professional, confident, and willing to engage with different stakeholders/clients.
- Amenable to work on a hybrid work setup (2-3 days a week onsite). Location: BGC, Taguig
- Required number of hours: 500 hours
- Work shift: 8 AM to 5 PM. Mondays and Wednesdays – Mandatory work on site. Other days to be advised by supervisor
- Can start by September 2026
