What this job involves:

• Supervise and handle the daily operation including monitoring of move, maintenance and cleaning services
• Assist in managing team to ensure quality of services being delivered to clients and meet the agreed SLA and KPI
• Responsible for the day-to-day management and periodic review of access card systems and restricted area permissions.
• Ensure the administration and support services are delivered in compliance with client’s policies and procedures
• Coordinate the maintenance activities performed by tenants and sub-contractors
• Supervise maintenance works done by technicians and contractors
• Formulate and manage maintenance plans
• Handle clients’ enquiries, requests and complaints
• Coach and supervise the performance of in-house staff
• Prepare various monthly and management reports and analysis

 

Required Skills and Experience:

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with people at all levels
• Customer-oriented and able to work under pressure with multi-tasking ability
• Good common of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Familiar with PC operations and MS Office
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Senior Facilities Officer position.
• Having experience in technical work is an advantage
