RenaissanceRe is seeking internship candidates for the Summer of 2027 across various functions.  

For the 2026 Internship, RenaissanceRe hosted 35 interns within multiple departments (Actuarial, Claims, Client Analytics, Human Resources, Strategic Investments, Legal, Operations, Underwriting & Technology) across different offices (New York, Bermuda, Dublin & London). 

Qualifications: 

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written) 

• Strong analytical and research skills 

• Works well within a collaborative environment 

• Proficiency in Excel, or willingness to learn 

• Strong work ethic with Focus, Respect, Integrity, Passion, and Precision
