L1 & L2 End-User Support:

  • Handle Level 1 and Level 2 (L1/L2) helpdesk tickets, troubleshooting hardware and software issues in a timely manner both in person and remotely.
  • Escalate issues beyond L2 scope to the Sr. IT Administrator or appropriate senior team member.
  • Utilize the ticketing system (Freshdesk) to track and complete IT support tasks.

Administrative Support:

  • Assist management with IT-based contracts with outside vendors as directed.
  • Support office expansion, equipment relocation, and assessment of equipment/IT needs.

In addition to the specific duties outlined, you may be required to perform other tasks and responsibilities as deemed necessary by your manager. These tasks will be relevant to your role and within the scope of your area of expertise.
