Description

Job Summary

The Senior Manager, Commercial Training (Product Training & Field Enablement) will serve as a strategic leader responsible for driving product knowledge, field readiness, and commercial execution across the Biopharma portfolio. This role will lead the development and delivery of product training throughout the full product lifecycle—from pre-launch preparation and launch execution through ongoing product education, lifecycle updates, and new commercial opportunities. The Sr. Manager will ensure commercial teams have the knowledge, resources, and tools needed to confidently and effectively execute against evolving business priorities.

This individual will partner closely with Commercial, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Commercial Operations, and other cross-functional stakeholders to translate product strategy and business priorities into clear, actionable field enablement plans. The role will proactively identify emerging opportunities and develop comprehensive training, communication plans, and field briefs that efficiently prepare teams to understand what is changing, why it matters, what they need to know, and how they should execute.

The Sr. Manager will play a critical role in launch readiness and ongoing product excellence, leading the development of product training strategies, learning curricula, field-facing resources, and reinforcement programs that support knowledge retention and consistent execution. This includes establishing scalable training approaches aligned to the needs of different commercial roles and ensuring field teams remain current as products, markets, competitive dynamics, customer needs, and business priorities evolve.

This is a hybrid role, with 3 days a week required in our office located in Lake Zurich, Illinois.

Salary Range: $150,000 - $165,000 per year
Position is eligible to participate in a bonus plan with a target of 14% of the base salary.
