Associate Planning & Analytics

Overview

The Associate Planning Analyst supports European Planning processes, collaborating with Product, Finance, Digital, Marketing, and Customer Experience (CX) stakeholders to ensure alignment across key business priorities.

The role contributes to the optimization of sales, margin, and inventory through analysis, projects, and testing of new and existing tools and technologies across Stores and eCommerce.

In addition, the Associate Planning Analyst provides analytical and advisory support for planning, forecasting, and in-season management of key Sales, Product, Margin, and Inventory KPIs.

 

Responsibilities

• Maintain weekly business performance report and stimulate improvements action 
• Be the team expert on data research and analysis 
• Gain and share knowledge around Merchandise, Financial, Digital and Location Planning 
• Support Plan/Forecast process focusing on Product/Channel/Country strategy 
• Create department analysis based on past/current performance 
• Support cross-departmental projects resulting in improved margin 
• Conduct business review meetings with team members and internal stakeholders 
• Set KPIs; monitor and measure, challenge teams accountable for achieving these goals 

Qualifications

• (HBO) / Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or similar discipline
• At least 2 years of relevant experience; commercial/business planning and forecasting is highly appreciated 
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerBI 
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Strong sense of urgency with the ability to work under pressure
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management
