Best-One Tire & Service in Elizabethtown, Kentucky is looking for a Service Advisor who is passionate about Creating Raving Fans by delivering exceptional customer service. If you have at least 1 year of experience in a retail tire or automotive service environment, enjoy keeping operations running smoothly, while assisting customers, we want to talk to you!

What You'll Do as Service Advisor:
- Answer phones and greet and assist customers in a respectful and timely manner.
- Answer customer questions about service outcomes and consult with technicians when necessary.
- Inform customers of changes in service or when their vehicle is ready to be picked up.
- Ensure all paperwork is properly filled out, updated, completed, and closed according to Best-One and customer standards.
What We're Looking For:
- Must have at least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing service environment.
- Must have proficiency with Windows-based computers with strong attention to detail.
- Must have reliable transportation and a commitment to good attendance.
- Must maintain a positive and friendly attitude while providing service beyond the expectations of our customers.
